Production
Orekhprom Ltd. is one of the largest industrial production enterprises in Russia. The production areas of Orekhprom are represented by a number of factories in the Krasnodar region. The factories accommodate the complete cycle of nuts processing and packing. The total area of factory and warehouse facilities is over 10 000 square meters. The powerful equipment is capable of processing up to 4 tons of nuts per hour.
The Krasnodar based Orekhprom Ltd. factory specializes in raw stock production for food industry enterprises. Here all the traditional raw stock types are processed including hazelnut and almond.
Along with nuts production the factory also processes sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. The produce is also packed here for wholesale and retail under the trade marks of Zolotaya Zhmenka, Tverdyi Znak, Russkie Tropiki and 7ki.
The processing technology lines are fitted out with the state-of-the-art equipment by the leading European companies such as "BROVIND", "JOSE BOREL" S.A. (Italy), "HORNOSELECTRICOS LAGO" S.A. (Spain). Orekhprom also collaborates with the Russian producers of equipment for large processing enterprises. The reason for it is that the equipment has to be adopted for different kinds of raw stock. The packing line is fitted out with high-precision equipment made by the Russian BISTROM which was updated and aligned with the production peculiarities of Orekhprom Ltd.
